Currently ADRANTZ is in the process of conducting market surveys that include input from companies spanning the full range of pharmaceuticals - from formulation to end usage and everything in between.
The output of these surveys will be a rigid collection of white papers outlining best practices for each niche within the pharmaceutical industry. Our first paper is slated for release in the early part of December and will include the top five customer service problems experienced by customers, and a detailed plan to guide you through eliminating them from the serving organization.
